Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish communication, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience.
• 2-5 years in HR roles including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and advise managers on HR policies.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS.
• Support payroll processing and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, Texas, and local regulations across multiple locations.
