Job summary

A growing HR services provider in Miami Lakes is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment and compliance. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with proven ability to handle all aspects of HR.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and guidance on HR policies.
