Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at a fully onsite manufacturing facility in Le Center, MN. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will contribute to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and adept in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will help implement new processes, improve existing workflows, and strengthen workplace

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English or English/Somali.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and company programs.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate with temporary staffing partners regarding staffing requests, assignments, onboarding, timekeeping, and invoicing.
  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate HR records and HRIS information.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system entries, and orientations.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, leave questions, and payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, HR databases, and HRIS records.
  • Support compliance efforts through audits, reporting, and documentation in accordance with federal and state employment requirements.
  • Assist with employee relations by documenting concerns and facilitating communication.
  • Prepare recurring headcount, attendance, and other HR reports.
  • Participate in HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.

Pay: $65,000–$85,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; full-time schedule with occasional flexibility to come in early or stay later to support employees across shifts
