Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a direct hire in Camarillo, CA. This role supports the HR Manager with day-to-day HR functions in a professional office environment, with bilingual English and Spanish communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and strong organizational skills to maintain records, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager with daily human resources operations, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR needs.
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, HR communications, and coordination of workplace policies and procedures.
• Provide bilingual English and Spanish support for employees, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Help maintain accurate HR files, personnel records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a professional, organized, and positive employee experience.
• Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
