Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our client’s team in Santee, San Diego. The role supports a range of HR functions in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction or distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of HR experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and knowledgeable about California employment laws. This onsite position offers contract-to-hire opportunities and a schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction or distribution environment required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues
• Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation
• Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
