Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support two warehouse locations in the Bordentown/Westampton, NJ area. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and employee support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience in 3PL or distribution, be fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient with ADP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HR Generalist/Coordinator experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Experience coordinating HR projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems (ADP).
• Ability to support two nearby warehouse locations onsite.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations initiatives, performance management, investigations, and communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and lifecycle processes.
• Support recruiting efforts, job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with training, engagement programs, and HR projects.
• Generate reports and maintain HR data in HRIS systems.
• Report to the HR Manager.
