Job summary

AEG Presents in Indio, CA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee payroll, employee relations, training, and talent acquisition support, ensuring compliant and efficient HR processes. You will partner with managers and the HR team to interpret policy, execute programs, and provide a trusted resource across the organization.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a BA/BS in HR or related field, and 2–4 years of HR experience, with familiarity in HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of related HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems including Ultimate Software, Greenhouse, Cornerstone and ABI Mastermind is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – fluent in speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted resource to managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR services in policy interpretation, employee relations, training, payroll and HR processes.
• Lead employee relations investigations with thorough, timely reviews and partner with the HR team for resolution.
• Train and support Department Heads and Managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
