Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking an HR & Payroll Lead to support festival, venue, and touring teams across the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll. You will guide Payroll Coordinators and handle high-volume transactions with accuracy.

You will maintain personnel files, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, and provide training on payroll systems while collaborating with HR leadership. This role is on-site and full-time at multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS in HR, psychology, or business admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR support across regions.
• Assist with onboarding lifecycle and new hire paperwork.
• Lead weekly event-based payroll processing and audits.
• Maintain personnel files and compliance documentation.
• Create and update job descriptions for part-time staff.
• Stay current on wage and hour laws with monthly updates.
