Job summary

AEG is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for Goldenvoice to oversee HR life-cycle activities with a focus on employee relations, payroll, and talent acquisition support. You will interpret policies, guide managers, and ensure compliant practices across the team.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, HRIS experience, and strong communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package, full-time hours, and schedule flexibility may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
• BA/BS in HR, Business Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of related HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Ultimate Software, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, ABI Mastermind preferred).
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR services in policy interpretation, employee relations, payroll, and HR processes.
• Lead employee relations investigations and advise managers on resolutions.
• Deliver supervisor training on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Support Talent Acquisition activities including interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
• Manage Leaves and ADA accommodations and audit job descriptions for changes.
