AEG Presents in Los Angeles, CA seeks an HR & Payroll Lead to support payroll, onboarding and employee management across festivals, venues and touring teams. You will guide payroll coordinators, ensure time/attendance accuracy and maintain compliant personnel records.

The role requires 4–6 years HR experience, HRIS proficiency and strong communication. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, 401k match, paid leave and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years HR experience.
• Experience using HRIS to process payroll and data changes.
• BA/BS in HR, Psychology or Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Align payroll practices across regions for consistency.
• Assist employees with daily payroll, PTO, timesheets and system issues.
• Lead onboarding lifecycle for event staff and new hire paperwork.
• Oversee weekly event payroll processing and audits.
• Process high-volume staff transactions and maintain files.
• Support HP with special HR projects as needed.
• Maintain personnel files and I-9 compliance.
• Create/update job descriptions for part-time staff.
• Monitor wage-hour laws and provide monthly updates.
• Provide payroll and systems training to staff.
