Job summary

Corporate Hospitality Services is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and site leadership across our Texas and New Mexico camps. This hands-on role combines administrative HR duties with strategic support, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of general HR administration experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns and conduct investigations.
• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance tasks.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping with ADP.
• Coordinate safety, OSHA reporting, and return-to-work processes.
