Job summary

TRP Infrastructures Services seeks a bilingual HR Generalist to provide hands-on support across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, payroll inquiries, and compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

You bring 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, knowledge of HR practices, HRIS (ADP a plus), and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist or similar experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, employment practices, compliance, and day-to-day manager support.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers on policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters.
• Support employee relations, including fact gathering, documentation, policy interpretation, corrective action, and escalation.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding.
