Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to coordinate employee relations, training, onboarding, and policy implementation in line with company, state and federal laws. The role includes compliance, reporting, and collaboration with site managers across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Partner with training department or arrange training needs for employee and manager development.
• Coaches and assists managers with employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with SBM and CBA policies and procedures.
• Drive people engagement through training of site management team and quarterly ESAT action plans.
