Job summary

VCI Construction is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR policy implementation in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes delivering a positive employee experience and compliance with California laws.

You will collaborate with management and the HR team, requiring bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and strong proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and common office software. Office-based in San Marcos, CA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience (telecom construction a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and software (Google, Microsoft, SmartSheet, Excel).
• Experience with full cycle recruitment including postings, applicants screening, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate HR programs to improve the employee experience.
• Administer onboarding, orientation, and LMS courses.
• Manage full cycle recruitment processes and produce job letters.
• Maintain confidential personnel records across multiple locations in HRIS.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management (FMLA).
• Support HR management with policy implementation and employee relations.
