The role involves maintaining personnel records, assisting with employee benefits, and improving HR policies. Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR best practices. Salary ranges from $70,304.00 to $75,000.00.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of strong progressive HR Generalist experience (Telecom Construction exp. a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Advanced level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process including job descriptions.
• Administer new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain personnel records in HRIS systems ensuring accuracy.
