Job summary

Avacend in Plano, TX seeks a General Affairs Manager to lead member services such as travel, expatriate support, facilities, and events, while managing the annual department budget and coordinating with GA, Space Planning, and IT.

This role requires bilingual Korean/English, strong leadership, strategic planning, vendor management, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT functions.
• Manages corporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Evaluates GA-related invoices for accuracy and resolves discrepancies with Finance.
• Develops bilingual meeting materials and reports for cross-regional collaboration.
• Develops and maintains SOPs aligned with HQ standards and US requirements.
