Job summary

ektello is seeking a General Affairs Manager for an onsite 12-month W2 contract in Plano, TX. The role oversees travel, expatriate support, facilities services, budget management, and events, reporting to HR leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business/HR, at least three years of supervisory experience, and fluent Korean and English. Strong writing, policy development, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in Korean and English in professional settings.
• Experience with policy operation and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional GA operations coordination across teams.
• Manage corporate lease vehicle program and vendor relations.
• Review GA invoices with Finance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain space inventory, floor plans, and occupancy data.
• Create bilingual meeting materials and status reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with HQ standards.
• Produce GA performance dashboards for management review.
• Plan and execute Company-sponsored events and engagements.
• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance requests.
