Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking an HR Field Coordinator to support our Wheatley project in Arkansas. You’ll serve as the on-site HR and administrative resource, partner with field leadership, and help ensure a positive employee experience while coordinating onboarding, payroll accuracy, and worker records.

Travel may be required. Overtime and weekend work may occasionally be necessary.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sites
• Support field leadership with day-to-day workforce and personnel needs
• Process and audit employee timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire readiness
• Process employee transfers, promotions, pay changes, and offboarding activities
• Assist with employee relations matters and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and building local talent pipelines
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
• Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projects
• Support DOT and workforce development programs as needed
