Melt Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support a utility-scale solar project in Denton, NC. This on-site role partners with field leadership and hourly team members to ensure a positive employee experience while handling essential HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities include onboarding, onboarding coordination, timekeeping reviews, policy guidance, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply policies consistently and fairly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites, providing guidance to employees and field leadership.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and day-to-day HR matters.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure successful integration into the organization.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance-related matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs while escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, supporting reporting and compliance.
• Partner with HR and operations on compliance initiatives and special projects.
