The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa, Hotel Solea, and The Cassara Carlsbad Tapestry Collection by Hilton seek a dynamic HR Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support payroll onboarding, records, and compliance.

You will translate, assist with talent acquisition, maintain personnel files, and coordinate new hire orientations, while upholding Starwood/Solea Carlsbad standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR with onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Maintain and audit personnel files and HR records.
• Provide English/Spanish translation as needed.
• Support payroll tasks and attendance tracking.
• Assist with employee relations and inquiries.
• Coordinate HR trainings and events.
