Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site HR Coordinator to manage HR functions at the site level, including onboarding, payroll audits, and benefits education. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for effective communication with a diverse workforce.

The role supports recruiting, training, timekeeping, and reporting, with strong MS Office skills and HRIS experience. A High School diploma and 2 years of admin HR experience are required, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ progressive administrative support in HR.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent HR experience OK.
• HR/payroll systems experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to address groups.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire information in HRIS and update terminations and status changes.
• Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Lead New Hire Orientation covering benefits and company policies.
• Liaise with HRIS to support site-based time clocks.
• Report on employee data and review invoice data as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring/terminating and training.
• Coordinate orders with vendors for office equipment and temporary staff.
• Communicate company announcements and policy updates.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
