Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR functions (record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry).
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, job fairs, and on-site walk-in candidates.
• Assist with new hire orientation sessions.
• Support Social Compliance and customer audits as needed.
• Coordinate with HR Manager and management while following escalation protocols.
• Review time and attendance and ensure daily schedule compliance.
• Assist in attendance and point tracking administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Discuss PQS training with new hires and assist with tracking as necessary.
• Promote and enforce safety programs.
