Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support preboarding, onboarding, and ongoing HR help. You’ll handle new hire orientation in English and Spanish, coordinate I-9/E-Verify, and manage Workday Help requests with a focus on a smooth employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years HR admin experience, an associate degree in HR/Business, and strong organizational skills; hybrid work arrangement offered in Momence, IL.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two+ years HR administration, onboarding, or case-management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for employee support and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bilingual new hire orientation in English and Spanish.
• Support onboarding from offer to start date; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate I-9/E-Verify, ensuring documentation is compliant and complete.
• Manage HR requests via Workday Help: categorize, route, track, escalate, close.
• Provide bilingual HR support; troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and connect to resources.
• Maintain HR self-service resources: FAQs, guides, job aids, videos, communications.
• Improve HR workflows and ticketing processes; enhance the employee experience.
