Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and HR processes. You will assist English- and Spanish-speaking employees and manage requests through Workday Help, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.

The role emphasizes organization, service-mindedness, and proficiency with HR systems, with a hybrid schedule and growth opportunities within a values-driven company.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Associate degree in HR/Business or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years in HR administration, onboarding, or related roles.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate new hire orientation in English and Spanish.
• Support onboarding and accepted offers through start date.
• Coordinate I-9 and E-Verify processes per policy.
• Manage HR requests via Workday Help: categorize, route, and close cases.
• Provide bilingual HR support and troubleshoot HRIS issues.
• Maintain self-service HR resources (FAQs, guides, videos).
• Identify recurring questions to improve HR workflows and service.
