Job summary

Novolex is hiring an HR Coordinator for the Temple, Texas production plant. The role supports the HR Manager with payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communications. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with an Associate degree or equivalent and strong MS Office skills.

Typical shift is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Applicants should maintain confidentiality, provide excellent service to employees and managers, and participate in training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, or professional working proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payrolls.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to employees and managers.
• Lead onboarding/exiting processes including orientation and retention programs.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment communications.
• Address workforce concerns and facilitate resolutions.
