Job summary

Qual Pac, a Pro Pac Company, in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an HR Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish) to support daily HR activities on a fast-paced production and warehouse floor. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll, benefits, leave, safety, training and HR compliance.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work with plant leadership and staffing partners to ensure accurate HR processes across shifts. The pay range is $20–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, OSHA and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee questions regarding policies, attendance, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Support managers with attendance, conduct, performance, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Promote consistent application of company policies across departments and shifts.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee relations matters to the HR Manager.
• Maintain a visible HR presence on the production and warehouse floor and build relationships with employees and leadership.
• Coordinate recruiting activities for production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, maintenance, and administrative positions.
• Post job openings, review applications, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Track open positions, candidates, interviews, offers, start dates, and other recruiting metrics.
• Complete and maintain onboarding documentation including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Coordinate employee badge access, system access, and required training.
