You will advise managers and employees on HR practices, collaborate with the HR Central/Share Services Team, and handle complex and routine administrative services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee services, or administrative support.
• Experience working with UKG or other HRIS platforms and onboarding systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain job documentation, evaluations, and salary structures.
• Write ads, post openings, and draft offers.
• Check references, make offers, and handle new hire paperwork.
• Assist in orientation programs for new employees.
• Explain benefits and liaise with insurance carriers.
• Track employee training and HR reporting.
• Enter confidential data into HRIS and organize documents.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and leaves of absence.
• Assist payroll with processing and inquiries.
