Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site HR Coordinator in Salem, NH to support HR operations at the site level. You will enter new hire data, run payroll-related audits, coordinate pre-employment screening, and support orientation on benefits and policies.

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ progressive administrative support experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • HR/payroll systems experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Enter all new hire information in HRIS and update terminations and status changes.
  • Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Process background checks and pre-employment screening activities.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation covering benefits and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HRIS to support site-based time clocks and reports.
  • Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate orders with vendors for office equipment and temporary personnel.
  • Communicate company announcements and updates to employees.

The coordinator may provide support or function as an advocate for other areas such as operations administration, communications and/or safety.
