The position supports payroll, documentation, and audits while maintaining secure records and advancing staff development in a hands-on, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish fluency.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist in paperwork for orientation.
• Enter and maintain professional/paraprofessional files.
• Review and maintain mandatory employee paperwork.
• Verify licenses, certificates, and compliance items.
• Track compliance status for staff.
• Update personnel information in systems.
• Scan and index documents in the secure portal.
• Coordinate in-services and competency evaluations.
• Assist with internal audits and external audits.
• Provide translations and document support by phone/in-person.
• Assist with payroll and apps for field staff.
• Handle calls and provide customer service.
