Job summary

Top Stack is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, support employees and leadership, and help maintain a positive work environment.

This hands-on role focuses on building relationships, supporting employees, improving HR processes and partnering with management on workforce decisions.

Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, compliance and training, with bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• HR supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations practices.
• Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Kronos is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies and performance matters.
• Support recruiting efforts, candidate evaluations and new-hire onboarding.
• Oversee performance reviews, development plans and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including ADA, FMLA, wage and hour regulations and workers' compensation.
• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist with employee relations issues.
• Maintain employee records and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training and compliance programs.
• Partner with leadership to improve engagement, retention and HR processes.
