Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries using contact center procedures and knowledge base.
• Document inquiries in the case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Escalate inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify teams when knowledge base updates are required.
• Suggest process improvements with supervision and participate in special projects.
