Job Title: Bilingual HR Business Partner (Spanish Required)

Location (City, State): Denver, CO (80249)

Pay: $85,000–$90,000 annually

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnered with a well-established organization operating at Denver International Airport. This client is looking for a bilingual HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations on-site. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with operational leadership in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment. The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on HR functions, particularly employee relations and compliance.

Job Description:

This position serves as the primary HR contact for the site, managing employee relations, coaching leaders, supporting onboarding, and driving engagement initiatives. The HR Business Partner must be fluent in Spanish and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. This is a fully onsite role that requires airport security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to resource for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance
  • Conduct internal investigations and document findings objectively and thoroughly
  • Support onsite recruitment and onboarding alongside a dedicated recruiter
  • Partner with operations managers to advise on performance management, corrective action, and team development
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits or other administrative duties as needed
  • Collaborate with HR leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP or equivalent HR experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Additional Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Denver International Airport (private onsite office)
  • Airport badging/fingerprint background check required (no drug screening)
  • Role is Direct Hire, fully onsite
