Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our Clinic Operations in the Ontario and Atlantic Regions. As an HRBP at Lifemark, you will play a critical role in partnering with leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support in alignment with business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience and contribute to the success of our clinics.

While this is a remote position, only candidates residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be considered. The successful candidate will be required to conduct clinic visits on occasion and attend in-office meetings as needed.
