Job summary

Jones Networking is recruiting a bilingual Human Resource Assistant to join a growing manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. The HR Assistant supports in all functional areas of human resources and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 2% match, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years HR experience, strong English/Spanish skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Human Resources experience supporting HR functions.
• Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages.
• Experience providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ADP software is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle adverse situations and tight deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with internal and external inquiries related to HR.
• Support HR related training and onboarding activities.
• Maintain paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Support team on questions about employment, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide employee support on leaves, payroll, workers' compensation, and related topics.
