Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency seeks a Bilingual HRSN Support Specialist to provide outreach, engagement, and tenancy support for OHP members under the HRSN program. Roles include eviction prevention, housing navigation, and coordination of rent/utility assistance within the Marion/Polk CCO framework.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years in case management or social services, and bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of case management or social services experience preferred.
• Bilingual skill is required; experience with housing or homelessness programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with NeedNavigator, Unite Us, and MS Office preferred; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of OHP-eligible members and provide outreach, engagement, and tenancy support.
• Coordinate eviction prevention, housing navigation, and rent/utility assistance per program guidance.
• Enter data into NeedNavigator, Unite Us, and other platforms; keep thorough documentation.
• Communicate with landlords/partners to assist housing stability and program understanding.
