Job summary

Community Access in New York City is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to provide engagement and comprehensive support to participants in our supported housing programs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred depending on program needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including Word and Excel.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support program participants, using a person-centered approach.
• Coordinate group activities and individual supports in housing programs.
• Document assessments, service plans, and progress notes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with background check and security requirements.
• Collaborate with housing and clinical teams to connect participants to services.
