National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Housing Program Case Aide in the Homewood, IL area to support youth and families. You will work with housing advocates, clients, and partners to help living arrangements and community integration, documenting interactions and coordinating resources.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive within the Chicagoland area. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework preferred.
• Experience in direct service is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist housing advocates to provide in-home supportive services and referrals.
• Communicate with participants by phone, virtual, and in person, documenting interactions.
• Conduct housing searches and help connect clients to community resources.
• Assist with housing applications and review rental agreements.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
