Job summary

HotelPro, a hospitality staffing company, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Tampa, FL to coordinate between HotelPro, clients and Team Members. You will oversee client service, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and daily operations to ensure excellence.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly; a valid driver’s license and proactive hands-on approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent computer and technology skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, communicate, and resolve client concerns and opportunities
• Support client communications, initiatives, and new client launches
• Fill open positions and support urgent staffing requests
• Maintain an Always Be Recruiting mindset
• Build recruiting pipelines and maintain recruiting systems
• Recruit through community outreach and approved social media channels
• Complete interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and safety orientation processes
• Maintain compliance with I-9, background check, and drug testing requirements
• Update Avionté records accurately and timely
• Manage payroll and reporting responsibilities
• Participate in HotelPro initiatives and operational projects
• Complete safety visits and workplace safety requirements
• Engage, coach, recognize, and support Team Members
• Resolve Team Member concerns and support retention efforts
