Job summary

HotelPro is seeking a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Supervisor to oversee staffing operations and support our team members and hotel partners. You will be the main liaison between hotels and HotelPro, ensuring each property has the staffing and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities include building relationships with hotel leaders, visiting sites weekly, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance while promoting a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor.

Job description

We’re hiring a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Supervisor to work directly with HotelPro, overseeing hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. You’ll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.

• Respond quickly to client and staffing needs

What You’ll Bring

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor
• Schedule flexibility to work as business needs require; including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)
• Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team Members
