Abcor Home Health, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist clients at home. You will help with daily activities, mobility, and daily living tasks, while following personalized care plans and ensuring client safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or at least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a car or public transport.
• Pre-service training (24 hours) completed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (bath, dress, grooming, mobility, meals).
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings.
• Provide personalized care per the individualized care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to the branch supervisor promptly.
• Complete visits and document daily service tasks via the home care application.
• Provide receipts and documentation for errands; participate in in-service training and quarterly meetings.
