Job summary

Abcor Home Health is seeking caring aides to join our team in providing in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, help with mobility, and ensure client safety while following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting visits in our home care app, completing required training, and coordinating transportation to appointments. A valid driver's license and reliable car are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year caregiving experience.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal prep).
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings.
• Document visits in the home care app.
• Complete annual in-service training (12 hours) and quarterly branch supervisor conferences.
