Qualifications

• Must proficiently read, speak and write both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and 5 year driving abstract.
• Dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service and responsiveness.
• Demonstrated punctuality and an excellent work attendance record.
• Able to work flexible hours which coincide with the hours parents are available.
• Ability to provide workshop/training sessions for parents.
• Willingness to work with students and parents whose attendance impacts performance.
• Willingness to work with staff and attend daily/weekly team meetings.
• Ability to follow safe work practices and confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with staff, students, and patrons.
