Start Early seeks a Home Visitor to deliver comprehensive case management in Head Start/Early Head Start home-based programs. You will implement 90-minute weekly home visit plans, promote parental involvement, and coordinate health/safety needs for children and families in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities include screening, reporting, and collaborating with families to ensure developmental progress while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field is required.
