America's Home Health Services is seeking an energetic Home Health Marketer to grow our presence across the Reading and Allentown territory. You will build relationships with referral sources, educate partners about AHHS services, and drive growth through proactive outreach and on-site visits.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, travel within the region, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health marketing is required.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources incl. hospitals, clinics, and organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS in Reading/Allentown.
• Educate clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at events and health fairs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
