Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or medical sales.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in Central PA.
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity, maintain records, and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
