Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health marketing is required.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel during the day.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physician offices, rehab centers, community orgs).
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS footprint in Reading/Allentown.
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity and maintain accurate records to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
