YELM US Associates, LLC in Brooklyn is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our licensed home care agencies Ultimate Care and Swift Home Care. The onsite role at 1000 Gates Ave offers $25 to $26 per hour, Monday–Friday 9:00AM–5:00PM.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organization, HIPAA experience, and proficient EHR usage. Responsibilities include patient outreach, incident documentation, data analysis, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Must be very organized and detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively.
• Experience with HIPAA and handling patient records.
• Healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Improve client experience through patient outreach to assess satisfaction and concerns.
• Conduct patient retention calls to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with resolutions.
• Document and track patient incidents and communicate with payers and internal teams.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance.
• Identify, assess, document, and resolve client complaints with mitigation plans.
• Maintain logs of complaints, grievances, and incidents and ensure resolutions.
• Monitor quality control activities of in-office and field staff as directed by QA.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed by leadership.
• 1–3 years’ HIPAA experience and proficiency with EHR systems required.
