Qualifications

• Experience coordinating home care staffing and scheduling.
• Bilingual in Russian/Spanish/Creole and English.
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule home care services based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Assign caregivers based on skills and client compatibility.
• Manage high-volume calls and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Adapt to scheduling changes due to emergencies or callouts.
• Maintain scheduling records using HHA eXchange.
• Track attendance and EVV submissions daily.
• Document communications with patients monthly.
• Mediate between caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals.
