YELM US Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support licensed home care agencies in Brooklyn, NY. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation of $25–$26 per hour.

You will conduct patient outreach, analyze quality data, and manage patient records under HIPAA. Responsibilities include improving client experience, handling complaints and grievances, and supporting QA with administrative tasks.

Competenze

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• HIPAA awareness and patient record handling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Outreach to assess patient satisfaction and hospitalization status; address care concerns.
• Conduct patient retention calls to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction with resolutions.
• Document and track patient incidents and complaints; communicate with payers and internal teams.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance.
• Identify and resolve client complaints and document mitigation plans.
• Maintain logs of complaints, grievances, and incidents with thorough resolution.
• Support QA operations with special projects and administrative duties.
• Monitor quality control activities of in-office and field staff as directed.
