Ambercare is seeking a dedicated professional to conduct in-home visits, monitor the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides, and assess whether care plans meet client needs. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position involves working from Ambercare Las Cruces office with regular home visits, schedule Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in senior services or related social services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to monitor service quality by Home Care Aides.
• Evaluate care plans for adequacy and adherence to regulations.
• Prepare accurate evaluation reports and case notes.
• Maintain schedules to ensure timely home visits and branch duties.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve CQI.
